Composing Life
Composing Your Life is about choosing the song you want playing in the background of your life in this moment. This song (your thoughts) will determine the way you show up in whatever circumstances the Lord gives you. There is a short video here, but the powerful part of this course is the workbook. Please print it off and spend sometime in prayer with the Lord as you contemplate and compose your life.
Finding Peace in Stress
Stress seems to be a part of all of our daily lives, but is that the way God intended us to live? In this course, we are going to look at stress, it's side effects, and how we can adjust our thinking to elleveate how often and how much we experience stress. This is powerful work, and if you would like coaching on it, please email me or bring it to group coaching.

In the Beckoned community, we are striving to live our faith and become closer to Christ. Beckoned offers optional faith studies, so you can learn more about your faith and build community with other women.
